In fact they did not! They only EXTENDED the current PEN-F name registration just like many other companies did. As usual new cameras will be first registered by Olympus with the “IMxxx” code first before they will get updated with the real name. Don’t worry, there will be a PEN-FII sometimes but just not yet.
