有关摄影的书收藏了不少，其中不乏技巧类尤其是Photoshop一类的，画册也有一些，但有关摄影师的还没有。

其实这本也不是摄影师自传，从分类角度来说从来都没有这样的书。

作者Joe McNally是一个知名商业摄影师，曾经就任或者被专聘于美国国家地理杂志、生活（Life）杂志等。Nikon用户也应该听说过他，其中他的一个有关尼康闪光灯的DVD视频在无忌也有过讨论。

《The Moment It Clicks》用一张作品一个故事的形式让大师与读者分享他的心得体会，McNally除了告诉我们一些布光技巧以外还用幽默的形式描述一些内幕，比如他如何与明星杨紫琼吊在直升飞机下飞越好莱坞标记，此后杨紫琼告诉他其实她非常怕高。

英文版。

他的第二本书，The Hot Shoe Diaries: Big Light from Small Flashes (Voices That Matter) 也出来了，刚拿到英文版，看了一半，高度推荐。

中文版已经出来了，名字叫《瞬间的背后》
