LEICA M3 RANGEFINDER FILM CAMERA CLEAN NICE NO RESERVE!
DOUBLE STROKE! c.1955

This auction is for a Leica M3 35mm Rangefinder camera. Camera has a Summart f=5cm lens and Leitz SL Filter.
Also included is a Leica Meter MC and leather case.

This camera was owned by my Uncle Brad and used to photograph the Miss America Pageant from 1955 to 1963. My Great Aunt Lenora was the President of the Pageant during this time.
Brad Frapart was engraved on the back of the camera by Leica before they presented him with the camera

There are two sections of the leather on the front that have been torn.
There is a website (cameraleather.com) that you can go to and buy replacement leica leather for a very affordable price and easily restore this old beauty back to new! This camera will be sold as-is.
