Sigma Corporation is pleased to announce that firmware SIGMA SD1 and SIGMA SD1 Merrill is available for download.

Benefits of the firmware update

SIGMA SD1 firmware [Ver.1.07]
・Improved start-up speed.
・Allows a dedicated external flashgun to be used in manual mode whilst the camera is in mirror up mode.
・The phenomenon of the LCD display showing minor fuzziness immediately after start-up is corrected.
・Various bugs have been corrected to achieve more stable operation.
