我是使用Keenai手机客户端（IOS）、和Mac版，X3I文件就是不能上传，我给理光写了邮件，回答如下,  我的渣英文请忽略，最终理光回答是：云服务是收购Eye-Fi的，是Keenai程序没有接受X3I文件，还是Eye-Fi卡没有上传文件，他们不能确定。如果是卡上传了，他们的软件没有接受，他们可以通过以后的更新解决，但是如果是卡没有上传，他们就无从解决了。现在Eye-Fi网站已经被墙，不知道是否有固件更新。

I have a Sigma dp0q camera and a Eye-Fi mobi Pro card, Sigma dp0q has a SDP mode, This mode can generate a X3I format file. keenai can not transmit this file to my desktop computer, But it can transmit X3F format raw file to my desktop computer. If Keenai or Eye-Fi card can not recognize this format?

When shooting in that format (X3I) does the card broadcast a signal? You can confirm this by taking a picture then check your device WiFi settings. Does the Eyefi card network appear in the WiFi settings?

Yes，This problem is still exits, The pictures(etc JPG,TIFF, Nikon NEF, Sigma X3F) can transfer to my computer, But the Sigma X3I format file can not transfer to my computer still , I think the Eye-FI card or the Keenai app have not registered the X3I format file.

Thank you for replying my questions.

The Keenai can transfer other pictures, JPG TIFF NEF X3F etc, But X3I format, So the WiFi signal must be connected to my PC or mobile devices.  The Keenai program for desktop or mobile devices and Eye-Fi mobi pro is working perfectly for other picture formats, even Sigma X3F format, But Sigma X3I format can not work.

When you take a photos in the X3I format does the Eyefi card start to transmit a signal?

We ask this because we not the card manufacturer, Eyefi. They are no longer in business. We are a software and service company called Ricoh Innovations. We purchased the Eyefi Cloud service and it's companion software then rebranded it as Keenai.

If the card is trying to transfer the photo in X3I format and our software isn't receiving it then we may be able to adjust it. But if the card is not trying to transfer the photo then there isn't anything we can do.
