They heat the engine oil inside the block. with the 水泵 type, you cut one rubber coolant hose into two pieces, and connect two hookups on the pump to these coolant hose opennings. And this type of heaters heat the coolant in the engine, which is more efficient I think, because I think there is a pump in the heater that can circulate "warm" coolant. So, to be exact, I think this is called a coolant heater, that indirect heats the engine block, which in-indirect heats the engine oil. [特饱兔子编辑于 2009-12-31 05:50]
