车身抗扭刚度

早在2004年,混在TOM汽车论坛的时候,我就发表过一些关于白车身对被动和主动安全很重要的贴子,其中提到了发现3的静态抗扭刚度为19000Nm/deg,不过那时候我没有收集太多数据,只是提到一般车的水平都是在1万“牛·米/度”以下。

Rolls Royce的Phantom,用沉重的车身换来了4万牛·米/度的静态抗扭刚度,这是一个相当高的值,也是一个不得不提高的值,因为它的车身很重,马力很强劲。

德国大众研发的1001匹马力怪兽“布加迪·威龙”,为了能够跑到400km/h,竟然造出了6万牛·米/度的恐怖级车身!!!

大众途锐的车身有3万7千牛·米/度的静态抗扭刚度,而且这个值是用承载式车身创造出来的。看来,保时捷卡宴和奥迪Q7看来也有福了(因为同源的关系)
●BMW的7系虽然很大又长,但是其静态抗扭刚度也达到了3万5千牛·米/度,对于这样大的一个车身,这个数值是很优秀的。

●宾利的大陆GT convertible,动态抗扭刚度是30Hz,这对一款convertible来说是一个令人吃惊的数据。(参见http://www.worldcarfans.com/2060412.008/page4/bentley-continental-gtc-in-depth)

●马自达RX-8的静态抗扭刚度比RX-7增加了100%,达到了3万牛·米/度,这也是唯一能在网上查到的日本车的静态抗扭刚度数据了。还有一个相关的消息是Nissan 350Z,一个试车的法国人问到了静态抗扭刚度数据,但是没有得到回答。我觉得我特别能够理解这个法国人的想法,因为350Z早些年的款型,车身实再是不够结实,最后只能在后行李箱里加装了一块“门”型的铝合金加强筋(新款解决了此问题,此高级“毛巾架”再也不会出现了),当时国内的一些试车记者不知此为何物,还特意吹捧,拿着相机大拍特拍——估计日产公司的工程师们要是看到了这些报道,不知道该作何感想?

举个例子,一个车重1吨,另一个车重10吨,车身的刚性肯定是不同的,显然10吨那个绝对刚性要好很多,但是这能说明10吨那个车各种性能好吗,我觉得未必,因为它自重大,刚性大是必然的需求。

所以,俺觉得,刚性大不是厂家给用户的福利,只是厂家这个结构设计下的必然结果,拿来说事毫无意义。当然,在合理的框架下,不同厂商对刚性设计余量会有不同的看法,这个余量,才是给用户的福利,可惜这个余量不是单独测试车架就能得到的。

扭转刚性这个概念对公众来说过于疏远,车厂很少拿这个当宣传点,我记得当初也就只有奥迪A1短暂的炒作过一段时间,结果也是无疾而终。相应的数据关注度不高,也很少有公布。

同意你的观点!
简单用抗扭刚性强弱来评价一部车的品质我是不认同的。比如丰田的大皮卡就比同类型的福特和雪佛兰皮卡抗扭刚性要差!但是二手价格却是最高的!说明抗扭刚性高和结实耐用没啥直接关联。特别是对于一部用来干粗活儿的车尚且如此,用来拉人的车相比更影响轻微了。
