These angry ants turned hopping mad when an unfortunate grasshopper came too close - ganging up to show the larger insect who was boss. The odds looked grim for the tiny ants but using their combined strength and fearless nature they were able to attack and overpower the grasshopper. Despite its struggles, the grasshopper was unable to escape and the ants were able to take it back to their colony after almost a quarter of an hour of ruthless biting. Keen photographer Yahya Taufikurrahman, 24, captured the battle unfolding in Tanjung, Indonesia.

Every time Dutch Shepherd Wiebe comes home from a walk, he drinks from the pond. As the fish are always fed when Wiebe's owner, Dorri Eijsermans, returns from the walk the fish have eventually associated Wiebe's drinking with feeding time. They have begun to come to the surface to acknowledge his presence. Whilst drinking, Wiebe often gives the carp a kiss.
