诺罗敦·西哈努克（Norodom·Sihanouk），1922年10月31日生于柬埔寨金边，系诺罗敦和西索瓦两大王族的后裔，诺罗敦·苏拉玛里特国王和哥沙曼·尼亚里丽王后之子；1941年继承王位；1955年3月让位于其父，同年9月任首相；1960年其父去世后，就任国家元首；1970年3月朗诺发动政变后到中国；1975年4月17日金边解放后回国，担任民柬国家元首；1976年4月宣布退休；1982年7月任民柬联合※※主席；1990年2月任柬埔寨主席；同年7月任柬埔寨全国最高委员会主席；1993年9月至2004年10月任柬埔寨王国国王，后为太皇；2012年10月15日在北京去世，享年90岁。
