我是自己划的，在星光找了一家换前面的玻璃，CCD没问题，1500（本来说1000左右），认了。等明天出结果。

昨天楼主发了一张某台M9脱膜的图片给香港兴华拓展，今早兴华答复内容提要：

1. CCD因人为清理导致表面划损、刮花的，需交修理费HKD 10000；

2. CCD因电气故障，成像有条纹、图像断裂腰斩，需交修理费HKD 3500（兴华行货可豁免）；

3. 要判定是否属于以上情形，需机主亲自带爱机到兴华香港确诊，机主自诊的不算数(买卖脱膜M9的请慎重，不一定如您所愿是免费换的)，兴华香港说的才算数。不属于1和2情形的，无论行货、水货、有无保修卡或发票，凡是CCD脱膜、开裂的M9均可免费更换CCD，一般需等候6个月，确认维修下单后兴华不负责保管故障机，待CCD到货后再请机主带爱机前往兴华香港更换；

4. 徕卡德国总部的CCD供货缓慢，或：库存所剩无几？

5. 兴华广州：换过的新CCD不再存在脱膜风险(2016/1/7)，但此说法未经兴华香港核实。

Dear Frank,

      Please kindly hand-carry your camera to our HK Service Centre for inspection, we need to check the camera body for find out the reason why the attached photo have the dirt like this, and please carry your camera only if you don’t have the warranty card or sales invoice; after we confirm the problem, we will create a service order for you for the CCD replacement. We apologize that we will not keep the camera at the time.

      For the CCD problem with sensor coating / corrosion or cracked problem, new CCD will be replaced free of charge. However, please be reminded that we will be charge HK$10,000- if it was scratched or HK$3,500- if due to electronic problem e.g. banding, image separated (for non-Schmidt stock) after our inspection.

      Normally it may take around 6 months for the sensor replacement because the CCD has been in short supply by Leica Germany.

Hi Schmidt,

      I am a M9 user, and I am writing to inquire about the replacement of my Leica M9 CCD, which seems to have been corroded, I will be very grateful if you could make clear the followings:

      1. Please see the attached photo I have taken with my M9 this morning, could these spots on the CCD be considered as the corrosion that Leica obliges to fix/replace CCD for free? Further notes, there is no visible cleaning marks on the CCD surface, since I've never attempted to clean it myself.

      2. If Leica will fix/replace the CCD, What will the procedures and surcharges be like? I got my M9 from a friend, who had lost the Warranty certficates, invoice and packaging etc. prior to our transaction.
