Mr. Prime Minister is not amused
This trompe-l'oeil gives the illusion that something awkward is happening to Mr. Chr. Michelsen. He is honored with a statue in his hometown Bergen as being the architect of the independence of Norway from Sweden back in 1905 and for being the first Prime Minister of the independent state. By choosing a good POV with a crane at an adjacent construction site, an awkward illusion is created that for sure would make Mr. Michelsen unhappy.

So Far in a Village of Minangkabau

~ Batanak Nasi ~

Minangkabau as a designation for the Ranah Minang in West Sumatra province - Indonesia, where very thick and famous for its traditions and customs since the first time from hundreds years ago.

"Batanak Nasi" means "Cooking Rice", which had always been the tradition in Minangkabau, and which is done by a girl in a traditional kitchen in her home. Actually a small kitchen that uses only woods as fuel.

In this picture we can see a piece of Bamboo that serves as a funnel for the wind blowing towards the furnace so that the fire was not extinguished.This has become a daily habit of a lady in Minangkabau, yes, the innocent kind of girl who full of simplicity.
