实际上蝴蝶的长处是赢在做人上。和戴笠同居，不知和谁生了女儿（后转给别人抚养，最后嫁给了李宗仁）。这些在她的自传里都没有怨天尤人。也从来没有可以诋毁攻击谁。思想上应该比较传统。一直自认为是潘家声（她老公）的人(虽然曾经和戴笠同居，不知和谁生了女儿)。在自传里家声长家声短的。如果换成阮玲玉，早不知道自杀几回了。
