Talking heads

Finding myself in different cultures is what I enjoy most.

My journey started when I was born and grew up in South Africa. With roots from Irland and other parts of Europe.
At the age fo 23 I lived and worked for 2 1/2 years in Isreal.

In 1992 I found myself in the north east of Germany and stayed there for 14 years.

I am living in Switzerland at the moment and have been here for 4 years and I ask myself, Well...How did I get here?

I started taking photography seriously or with more enthusiasm in Jan 07. Before that, it wasnt much more than snapshots for the family albums. I am inspired everyday by the talent I see around me in the world of photography. Feel free to critique as you see fit. Im new to everything so Ill take all the help I can get!

Hello to all

The Photography has always helped me to "see where to look."
It 'a school to try to understand and know our neighbour
and the world in which we live.

Ernst Haas said: "There are two major breeds of photographers: those that produce images, and those that capture.

The first have their study ... For the second, their study is the world ".
I belong to the second category.
